Finance and Administration Ministry

The Finance and Administration Ministry is coordinated by the Parish Priest and aims at working for the consecution and administration of human and material resources in order to facilitate the implementation of the plan of action of the Strategic Plan of Evangelization.

Its role is to promote a culture of planning and networking by instilling culture of transparent and accountability into the minds of our parishioners at all levels and integrating this culture in order to achieve our Parish vision, mission, objective and priority which is Christian leadership.

The Ministry has three departments namely: Finance and Accountability; Human Resources; and Maintenance and Development.

Finance and Accountability Department

The Finance and Accountability department falls directly under the Parish Priest and means mobilization of finance resources, managing them transparently, so as to ensure effective use and control in supporting the achievement of the Strategic Plan of Evangelization.

This department means carrying out the coordination of pastoral and evangelization planning, implementation and monitoring the actions in the Parish.

Human Resources Department

This department falls under the coordination of the Parish Priest and develops guidelines, rules and employees contracts; currying out staff recruitment who are skillful and easy to maintain. In addition, it develops a data bank for parishioners to enhance their spiritual nourishment so as to promotes Church ownership and create sense of belonging.

Maintenance and Development Department

This department has a full time coordinator; its aim is to keep structures in place and develop new infrastructures according to the community needs.
